A slightly unexpectedly awesome album,
Nine Times That Same Song (actually ten songs long) strikes a delicious balance between shouty, jagged, blaring indie-pop/rock and vivid, pulsating melodic swirl, I don't know, like the (debut lp-era) Concretes meeting Pretty Girls Make Graves or Life Without Buildings and then having a party about it. Exciting, fun, catchy, RAD.
