Scarlett Thomas - Oligarchy

Easy to read but slight. I'm a sympathetic reader when it comes to Scarlett Thomas, and there's ample potential for genre enjoyment in the premise of unsavoury goings-on in a privileged English boarding school - but here the seams show that bit too much, with not enough substance beneath.
